How much does it cost to get in?

The Friday night Preview Shopping event is $50 per ticket. The ticket includes access to shopping, hors d’oeuvres, cash bar, entertainment, a silent auction, and a winter wonderland photo shoot.

Saturday and Sunday tickets are $5 per ticket. A ticket is only good for one day, and cannot be used for access on both days.

Am I able to buy tickets at the door?

Yes, tickets will be available at the door! Tickets are also available online and at several physical locations.

Do children get in free?

Children 10 years of age and under do get into the festival for free. 11 years old and up will be charged as adults.

Are strollers allowed at the festival?

Strollers are not allowed in the festival.

Am I able to leave the festival and come back without having to pay again?

You will receive a stamp when you enter the festival, and you will be able to leave and come back on the same day. Tickets are per day, so you do have to pay again if you return the following day.

What entrance should I use to enter the festival?

Admissions will be at the Expo Canopy and Expo Breezeway entrances. Attendees are also able to go through the main hotel entrances, and enter through the Expo Breezeway.

What are the hours of the festival?

Friday Evening Event: 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Saturday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Sunday: 11:00 am – 4:00 pm

Are there any featured charities this year like in previous festivals?

Yes! We have four different charities this year. We are excited to announce that half of advanced ticket sales will go to benefit the Boys & Girls Club, Central Missouri Humane Society, Pascal’s Pals, and Central Missouri Honor Flight. Online tickets have a designated box for you to select the charity of your choice. Tickets can also be purchased from the charities and other physical locations.

Where do I park? And is it free?

Please refer to the main “Attending the Festival” page for a reference map of our facility. Parking is free in the hotel parking lots (North, South, and West lots). Please be aware that the hotel is not responsible for any cars parked along the street or in neighboring business parking lots.

Is there a shuttle service available?

We will have a shuttle service running during festival hours.

How do vendors take payment?

It depends on the vendor. Some vendors will accept all forms of payment while others may only accept cash. Be advised to come prepared for all types of payment methods.

Is there an ATM onsite?

We have an ATM available, located off the main hotel lobby, near the lobby restrooms.

Will there be concessions and food at the festival?

There will be a concession area open on Saturday and Sunday for attendees. There will also be a mimosa and Bloody Mary bar (cash basis) available.
