Thank you for your interest in the 2019 Columbia Holiday Festival!

On behalf of the Holiday Festival committee and staff,

we would like to invite you to complete the below application to become a part of our annual event. The Holiday Festival is Saturday, November 23 through Sunday, November 24 at the Columbia Expo Center, adjacent to the Holiday Inn Executive Center. The festival is a two-day event (Saturday and Sunday). It is a fun-filled, exciting and festive weekend. We can’t wait to see you there!


Please note the following festival information:

To receive vendor placement in the festival, the attached application must be completed in full, and returned prior to the deadline. An advisory committee of successful vendors consults with the hotel to determine best practices and provide exhibitor perspectives. The Columbia Holiday Festival reserves the right to review all applications and decide on final acceptance. Festival information and policies are included in the application.

Friday, November 22nd

4 PM – 9 PM:
Vendor Load-In: Vendors must be completely set up by 9pm

Saturday, November 23rd

7:30 AM:
Doors Open to Vendors Only
8 AM – 5 PM:
Festival Open to Public


Sunday, November 24th

10:30 AM:
Doors Open to Vendors Only
11 AM – 4 PM:
Festival Open to Public

 4 PM – 9 PM:
Vendor Tear Down: Vendors must be completely torn down by 9pm
